LIFE IN PUNCAK ALAM

Honestly, I was so disheartened when I found out that it was Puncak Alam and not Dengkil. Don’t let me start on the distance between the campus and the nearest mall. Campus Puncak Alam was soooo huge that I had to hop on the bus to go to classes. Well I guess, every memorable place starts with lots of bad first impressions? After some time, I grew fonder of Puncak Alam more than I thought I would. Delicious foods at cafe Dahlia, the sunsets in Puncak Alam, the lake, my classmates and a lot more. Who knows in the end, from not wanting to be in Puncak Alam, turned into a place that held sentimental values in me, that made me appreciate the little things.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

A few days before the registration day, we had a plan to be housemates. It was funny if I recalled to that day again. We waited for each other and even had a group chat called “usaha tangga kejayaan” as we really wanted to be housemates. Tojan had to ask the fierce  facilitator in charged if all 4 of us could be housemates. Thank God, our plan was successful! I had a great time for as long they became my housemates. On the last day before we moved to Dengkil, that one particular night, we spent our night with endless laughter though deep inside, everyone knew the probability for all 4 of us to be housemates again was mostly impossible. All in all, thank you for the beautiful memories. Love, ijah <3.

There's a story behind the names that we keep it to ourselves

MANG

Ahhh, my favorite brutal girl. She's the type of person who rarely express her emotions through words, but you can see it through her actions. She always asks me whether I have eaten for the day or not and accompany me to eat at Dahlia. Even my classmates always say "eee Ijah always with Iman!". Yes, that's because I feel safe and secure when I'm with her. Iman, if you read this, I'm beyond thankful for everything.

RAYMI

The chatter box. She never stops talking and complaining. Yes, she just can't. Despite that being said, she's the most caring one and I'm grateful for that. When I said I felt like having a fever, she straight away crumbled the panadol until it became powderish (I can’t swallow one pill at once) and forced me to eat in front of her. Let's not hope it's not some type of pills to shorten someone's life span in the upcoming 15 years. Last but not least, Aimi, you're pretty but I'm prettier.

DAN

Here we go, the certified clown. Whenever my energy depletes, she’s the one who will fill my day with endless laughter. Just by looking at her making ugly yet funny faces, I would laugh hysterically and forget about my worries. Without her, my days in university life would be boring. I am really grateful for everything. Tojan, thank you for making my days brighter and let’s become “Tik Tok famous” together. #roadto100klikesonTikTok

A bunch of cool kids in a class! I am beyond thankful to have them as my classmates. We shared a lot of happy and even sad memories together. I recalled right after Miss Shanaa added us in a WhatsApp group, someone created another group without any lecturers in it. We talked until midnight and we just “clicked”. We followed each other on social media and honestly, I’d never thought that you guys will mean a lot to me. I still remember our first day of physically meeting each other in Puncak Alam at cafe Dahlia. “Ooooo this is Ijah” and it went on and on. Even on our first gathering, we talked and laughed until the sky was about to turn dark. That’s how fast time flies whenever I’m with you guys. It’s sad that we don’t have much time as compared to another batch due to covid-19 for our first semester. After all, I’m so happy and grateful for each of T11’s existence. You made my days much better. Thank you for everything. I love you a lot!

PTAR

This was our last night at Puncak Alam, which we decided to spend at the PTAR. It was fun to have a bonding time with these people. I recalled that day, Aimi and I were left behind as everyone had gone to the PTAR earlier than us. It was windy and rainy that day. We waited for the bus for a long time to go to PTAR and we almost gave up and we were about to go home. But then, the last bus finally came and we hopped on to live the last day at Puncak Alam with them! I would have regretted it a lot if we chose to give up to wait for the bus. Thank God, we were patient enough. I had a great time and that was the most memorable night at Puncak Alam for me. How I wish I could relive that night again.
