LIFE IN DENGKIL

This is the saddest part. I don’t have many memories at Dengkil. I’ve been staying at Dengkil for exactly 12 days. Yes, due to covid-19 I can’t go back to campus even how desperately I wish to be there with my friends. It’s sad to see my classmates get to have dinner together, play badminton, have a photoshoot session for class website and even celebrate birthdays. I cry a lot when there's news regarding pkpb that will be enforced in Selangor which includes no border crossing because I’ve prepared my stuff to go back to Dengkil. I know it’s for everyone’s benefit but still, it’s quite awful that I don’t have much of university life in Dengkil.

CHARADES

This was the best night in my 12 days at Dengkil. It was one of the stressful weeks for most of us as we had a lot of assignments to be done. Our devoted class rep, Naim, wanted his babies to release some stress, so we sat at "padang etika" and played charades until late at night. It was loud, chaotic and super fun! We got the chance to escape from reality for a moment. We sang songs together in the end and I’m grateful that I didn’t decline Naim’s offer to play charades. As I looked back for now, if I decided to go back to my room and do my assignments at that time, I would have regretted it a lot.

ONLINE CLASSES

Semester 1 is full of online classes. The only physical classes we had were with Miss Hannan’s and Miss Farah’s. Even my mentor, Miss Shanaa, I didn't get the chance to see her. It was sad because up until our final class with the amazing lecturers, it was done online. We said goodbye to our first semester’s lecturers via Google Meet and Zoom. Despite that being said, I appreciate all of my lecturers' hard work and efforts to teach us. I hope I get to see them in the next semester!

VIRTUAL DINNER

When I said my classmates are the cutest, I mean it! More than half of T11 went home due to PKPB in Selangor. So, we decided to do a Google Meet session just to have dinner together and catch up on some things. I think it’s safe to say not only me who grew fonder towards T11, most of us did. They never fail to make others not feel left out even if we couldn’t be in the same place. In the end, the thoughts are what matter the most. I’m proud to tell I’m from T11, the blueprint.
